Daniel Blotenkämper – Managing Partner

Mr. Daniel Blotenkämper is German and a graduated Business Economist (University of Applied Sciences in Munich/Germany).
Languages: German, English, Polish, French, Spanish

His area of competence is foreign investments, B2B, export and trade, acquisition and marketing.

In the last years Mr. Blotenkämper has been responsible for numerous customer projects in the range of market entrance strategy, distribution and business setup in Poland as well as market research.

Since 2004 he has been managing partner of the Polish consultancy Poland Consulting Services Sp. z o.o. Before changing to Poland Consulting Services, he worked as analyst for the audit and hotel consulting company Pannell Kerr Forster (PFK) in Munich/Germany.
Mr. Blotenkämper completed his graduate studies in the fields of hotel and conference management.

In Poland, he is an accredited advisor at the “Polish Agency for Enterprise Development” (PARP).

He is the author of various, from Poland Consulting Services Sp. z o.o. published market studies, among others on the Polish medical technology, healthcare, wine, jewelry, toys, confectionery market and tourism industry.

Furthermore, he has been responsible for many market entrance and research projects from product segments such as milling tools, metal processing (CNC), wood as building material, shopfitting, tyre retreading, carcasses, conveyor and storage technology, stud welding technology, surface-mounted-device (SMD) and surface-mounting-technology (SMT), transport and forwarding, road stabilisation systems, feedstuff, electric hand tools, printing, hotel and rental linen, event services, alcohol, recovery audit services.


Magdalena Zeprzałka – Managing Partner

Ms. Magdalena Zeprzalka is Polish and graduate in Business Management (University of Applied Sciences in Kempten/Germany).

Her area of competence is analytics, strategy development, negotiation and communication management and intercultural management.

In the last years Ms. Zeprzalka has been responsible for numerous customer projects in the range of market entrance strategy, distribution and business setup in Poland as well as market research.

Since 2004 she has been managing partner of the Polish consultancy Poland Consulting Services Sp. z o.o. Before changing to Poland Consulting Services, she worked as consultant for a German consulting company in customer projects towards Poland and as market analyst for Siemens Mobile in Munich.
Ms. Zeprzalka completed her marketing and management studies at the University of Applied Sciences in Kempten/Germany with special emphasis on corporate development and consultancy as well as banking, finance and investment economy.

In Poland, she is an accredited advisor at the “Polish Agency for Enterprise Development” (PARP).

She is the author of a SRD benchmarking study on the European airline industry and of various, from Poland Consulting Services Sp. z o.o. published market studies, among others on the Polish pharmaceutical, chemical industry, e-health, IT and real estate market.

Furthermore, she has been responsible for many market entrance and research projects from product segments such as IT systems (HIS, LIS, RIS, BI, Integration Platforms, CRM, ERP, data management, text analytics software, banking software), ICT, chemicals for galvanizing plants, functional coatings, surface treatment (slide grinding, degreasing, ball polishing), healthcare, medical centers and hospitals, dental care, franchising.
